Nampaknya peminat bola bolehla tido awal sebelum bermula nya perlawanan suku akhir Jumaat, 2 Julai nanti. Portugal tidak layak, penyokong mereka sungguh kecewa..kesian Ronaldo, dipersalahkan di atas kekalahan mereka malam tadi. Dalam akhbar merakamkan dan melaporkan aksi Ronaldo semasa kekalahan tersebut.

CIQ Bukit Bunga, Jeli akan dibuka esok

Kompleks Imigresen, Kastam dan Kuarantin (CIQ) di Bukit Bunga, Jeli yang bernilai RM37 juta akan mula beroperasi 1 Julai 2010 (esok). CIQ ini terletak dalam Parlimen Jeli di semapadan Malaysia-Thailand. Walaubagaimanapun, Kompleks tersebut akan digunakan separuh sahaja daripada bangunan yang ada kerana ia masih lagi dalam proses pembinaan yang dijangka siap pada penghujung Julai nanti.



Seramai 20 orang anggota dan pegawai Imigresen akan ditugaskan di sana. CIQ ini sepatutnya di siapkan pada Disember 2008, tapi terbengkalai. Selepas lawatan PM kita ke sana, beliau menyuruh disegerakan projek tersebut. Mengikut sumber yang PR baca, punca terbengkalai adalah kerana kontraktor sebelum ini menghadapi beberapa kesukaran termasuk masalah reka bentuk bumbung, kenaikan harga barang dan faktor cuaca hingga menyebabkan projek itu. Projek ini telah diselamatkan dengan kerjasama JKR dan SPAZ sdn Bhd. SPAZ merupakan pemaju perumahan yang terletak di Jln Bachang, WP Kuala Lumpur. Syarikat ini telah banyak bersama JKR dalam projek-projek berkaitan.

Pembinaan kompleks berkenaan diharapkan dapat memberikan kesan positif kepada Bukit Bunga kerana manfaatnya cukup besar setelah kompleks berkenaan siap sepenuhnya dan hasilnya akan dinikmati peniaga mahupun penduduk. Diharapkan akan bertambah ramai pengunjung yang dulunya hanya ramai ketika musim cuti sekolah.

5. Executive Officer / International Department

Role Purpose
Assist the supervisor in planning, coordinating and facilitating the development and implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) strategies and initiatives within the department, to manage and maintain IT resources as well as to assist in coordinating and preparing the Department’s yearly budget requirements.
Principal Accountabilities:
KMO
  1. Continuously build awareness and explore how knowledge management can be embedded in the strategies and core processes of the department so as to build a knowledge culture in the department.
  2. Assist the supervisor in managing the knowledge management requirements in the department so as to develop a KM infrastructure, including its library, knowledge database.
  3. Perform research and continuously value add the department’s knowledge on pertinent KM issues and trends which may impact the department’s strategies and processes.




COMPUTER / IT RELATED
  1. Administer and maintain the computer resources/IT equipments (computers/Notebooks/printers) and services in the Department.
  2. Provide effective and efficient support, guidance and overcome problems (trouble shoot) faced by users related to the use computer facilities.
  3. Assist the supervisor in preparing the budget for computer-related equipment for the Department as well as to work closely with Jabatan Perkhidmatan IT (JIT) in monitoring repairs and maintenance of computer equipment.
  4. Monitor the movements of PCs and computer-related equipment in the Department.




OPERATING PLAN
  1. Assist the supervisor in preparing and monitoring department’s budget needs.
  2. Ensure all expenditures are within the budget procedures as set out by the Bank.

Role Purpose

9. Community Relations Supervisor, Visitor Experience Management / Bank Negara Malaysia Museum & Art Gallery

ROLE PURPOSE:
Responsible for the Public and Community Relations and Managing special events for the Museum. Providing customer relations for all visitors and the media.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Handling the Public and community relations including media.
•To liaise with the Marketing/Creative and Visitor Experience Supervisors in handling main responsibilities.
•To ensure the good relations and remarkable communication with visitors and the media by maintaining a positive image for the museum.
•Develop and carry out communication strategies programs which would help the museum maintain a leading position.
•Work closely with the media and produce presentations and press releases, organising promotional events such as press conferences, analysing media coverage as well as reputation management for the museum.
•Able to work as part of a team and use first class interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships across departments and the public.

KEY CHALLENGES:
•Good understanding of issues relating to the developments in the community relations area.
